Connecting Stripe to Merrisk
Stripe is fully supported by Merrisk. Here's how to connect your account.
Prerequisites
- An active Stripe account
- Admin access to your Stripe account
- A Merrisk account with completed business profile
Connection Steps
- Log in to your Merrisk dashboard
- Click "Connect more platforms" in the Verified Payment Sources section
- Click the Stripe button
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's authorization page
- Log in to Stripe if you aren't already
- Review the permissions and click "Connect"
- You'll be redirected back to Merrisk
What Happens Next
After connecting, Merrisk will:
- Fetch your transaction history (up to 24 months)
- Analyze your refunds and chargebacks
- Calculate your initial Trust Score
This process usually takes a few minutes. Your score will appear on your dashboard once complete.
Connecting Multiple Stripe Accounts
If you have multiple Stripe accounts, you can connect them all to the same Merrisk business. Each account's data will be aggregated into your overall Trust Score.
Note: Each Stripe account can only be connected to one Merrisk business. If someone else has already connected a Stripe account, you won't be able to connect it to your business.
