Understanding your trust score
Your Merrisk trust score is a number between 300 and 1000 that represents the trustworthiness of your business based on your payment processing history.
Score Ranges

| 900-1000 | Exceptional | Outstanding track record with minimal risk |
| 750-899 | Excellent | Very reliable business with strong metrics |
| 600-749 | Good | Solid business with room for improvement |
| 400-599 | Fair | Some concerns that should be addressed |
| 300-399 | Poor | Significant issues need attention |
Building Your Score
If you're new to Merrisk or have limited transaction history, your score will show as "Building" until you have at least 100 transactions. This ensures your score is based on meaningful data.
Score Updates
Your trust score is recalculated regularly as new transaction data comes in. Recent activity (last 3 months) is weighted more heavily than older history, so your score reflects your current business performance.
