Score Not Updating
If your trust score isn't updating, here are some things to check.
Common Reasons
1. Score is "Building"
If you have fewer than 100 transactions, your score will show as "Building" until you reach that threshold.
2. No Recent Activity
Your score updates when there's new transaction data. If you haven't had recent transactions, your score won't change.
3. Connection Issue
Your payment processor connection may have been disconnected. Check your dashboard to ensure your connections are active.
4. Processing Delay
It can take a few minutes for new transactions to be reflected in your score. Wait 10-15 minutes and refresh.
How to Force a Refresh
- Go to your dashboard
- Disconnect your payment processor
- Reconnect it
- Wait a few minutes for the sync to complete
