Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to the Pricing page
- Click "Get Started" under your chosen plan
- Enter your payment information
- Your new features activate immediately
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your Account Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
What Happens When You Cancel
- You keep your paid features until the end of your billing period
- Your trust badge has a 7-day grace period after cancellation
- After the grace period, your badge will stop displaying
- Your public profile will become private
- Your trust score and data are preserved
Note: You can reactivate Pro at any time to restore your public profile and badge.
